Online Submissions

How does this work?

A minimum of 2 photos on your local computer is required. After uploading your photos and filling out your information, a Product Model Management representative will review your submission.

Please do not contact the agency to follow up on your online submission, as all properly submitted children will receive a response.

Snail Mail Submissions

Send 2-3 home snapshots that best represent what the prospective model looks like at the present time If you already have a composite card this is ok to submit too. We highly recommend that you do not send anything of great importance or that you necessarily need back.

On the back of each photo please write the following:

a. Name

b. DOB

c. Clothing size

d. Parent name

e. Contact information

f. You must also include an email address with your submission.
