So what is it like behind the scenes at a Teen Beauty Contest . . take a peak at Miss Teen USA 2008 Florida!

We really like the Miss Teen USA Organization and are happy to be involved with the pageant representing the girls. The pagents are so rewarding for the girls.

The girls who come out of competiton are so professional, know how to work a camera, bright and bubbly personalities with that extra sparkle!

We are going to introduce you to one of the pageant production cordinators who helps the girls prepare for competitons.

His Name is Michael Evans and he knows how to show girls how to be stars and shine. He will work with a girl on her walk, choosing of her gown, presense & confidence for stage and interviews. . He has worked with many of the Stars in the Miss USA Pageants,

Rachel Carrollo began her pageant and modeling career with Michael and Alyssa Campanella who just placed lst in Miss Teen USA just to name a few.

Michael is owner of MPE Model Management a modeling agency that has given the modeling world so many of its' stars. Michael is based in Baltimore Md, but works with his agency internationally.

Michael has been working with top models after being an international model himself for over 20 years.
