A regular skin care program is no longer a luxury, or just for the over 30 crowd. Nourishing your skin is essential for YOU and it begins today.

#1 Always remove your makeup before going to bed.

#2 Cleanse daily
Be gentle, do not scrub, this will cause more inflammation and may worsen acne.

#3 Use a good mask
This will detoxify your skin and absorb excess oil. It is especially beneficial if you
have acne or blemishes.

#4 Wear sunscreen
Too much sun creates, freckles, wrinkles and possibly causes skin cancer.

#5 Drink more water
Add lemon or lime to the water juice for variety. Water hydrates the skin and
flushes away impurities.

#6 Exercise
Exercise is essential for vibrant beauty because it helps cleanse the body.

#8 Stress Modification
Try a yoga class, learn to meditate, or take a dance class to loosen the knots and
tensions stored in the body. Stress is seen on your face.

#9 Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid processed foods.


# 10 Take a multivitamin
Our soils are depleted in many nutrients today.
